Meet Duncan Cook! He is the laughter yoga and Buster master trainer for laughter yoga international in Canada. His first experience with laughing yoga was when he was going through therapy. The therapist recommended one minute of laughter, which brought about relief to Duncan.
Later, the therapist invited him to Dr. Madan Katani’s training session. By the end of the session, he felt better and more optimistic. In this episode, Duncan will share how he discovered laughter, how laughter has influenced his life, the many times he has given up on laughter yoga, and his transition to a master trainer.
