Have you been planning on running a marathon, but you don’t feel fully equipped for it? In this episode, we will be talking about marathon training.

You must be wondering why I’m talking about marathon training. The reason is I’m doing it this year. The marathon was due last year (2020), but due to COVID, it never happened. In 2021, I’m determined to make it happen. In this episode, I’ll share a couple of things that I’ve realized regarding the marathon and how they can correspond with things we do in our day-to-day lives.

Key Talking Points of the Episode:

· Marathon training

· Learning from people with experience

· You need a buddy

· Rest is vital

Key Milestones of the Episode:

[01:24] Visualize the marathon

[02:34] The marathon is all about training and having a plan in place

Standout Quotes from the Episode:

“You’ve got to have a plan to get to where you need to get to.”

“If there’s things within your business that you want to achieve that actually someone’s already done that, why didn’t you go and learn from them, because they’ve made all the mistakes already.”
